Pet Policy

Poland Hill Senior Apartments pet policy is outlined below. 
  • No more than (2) two pets per apartment are allowed.
  • A Pet Addendum must be completed for every apartment with a pet, regardless of the circumstances, and signed by both the residents and the management team.
  • Pet deposits are $150 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $15 is required (fees are not required for assistance/service animals).
  • Each animal must not exceed 25 lbs. in weight.

No aggressive breeds are permitted - Please refer to the list below. No deviations from this list can be made.

Prohibited breeds include, but are not limited to:

Unauthorized pets are considered a violation of the resident’s lease agreement.

Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Failure to clean up pet waste is a violation of the resident’s lease agreement and may result in a $25 fine per occurrence.

Assistance/Service animals may be restricted breeds and/or other types of animals approved by the ADA (i.e. miniature horses, dogs, etc.) and verified through Fitch Irick Management’s process.
